Summary:
The animals harvest hay and corn, and do it better than Mr jones and his men.
They pigs taught the animals to read.
some of the stupider animals could not remeber the 7 commandments so they made it easier for them by having the motto: FOUR LEGS GOOD, TWO LEGS BAD.
The pigs become a bit selfish and take things such as they milk and apples, they explain that they need them to be smart.
The animals have meetings every sunday and sing Beasts of england.

A clear summary - you could consider the problems that were already emerging with the Sunday meetings and the lack of participation by many of the animals. Your quotes do need page numbers.
